Shipping your parcel

Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are sent via BRT with tracking and signature delivery. On the working day after shipping, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your order.

Shipping costs include management and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We suggest you group your items in one order. 

The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.

ATTENTION!

When the goods are delivered by the courier, the customer is required to check whether the number of parcels indicated on the shipping documents (consignment note) corresponds to the ones that are actually delivered by the courier.

Furthermore, the customer is obliged to ALWAYS SIGN CONDITIONALLY for the delivery of the goods, even if the parcel is not damaged.

Should the parcel be visibly damaged, the customer will have to refuse the delivery or accept the parcel by indicating on the shipping receipt a SPECIFIC RESERVE for DAMAGED / WET / ALTERED PACKAGE etc.

If the courier does not allow to sign conditionally, the customer will have to refuse the goods in any case.

If these procedures are not carried out and the customer therefore accepts the parcel and signs for collection WITHOUT RESERVE, the courier will be exempt from any liability for any damage that may have occurred during transport and that may also be discovered afterwards. IN THIS CASE, WE CANNOT REFUND ANY DAMAGE CAUSED DURING TRANSPORTATION.
